COURSE HANDICAP: Players will be divided into four (4) flights:
There will be four (4) flights, A, B, C, & D.

Tournament handicap will be based on Course Handicap Index.
A Flight: 0-8
B Flight: 9-16
C Flight: 17-24
D Flight: 25-32

Maximum course handicap will be 32.

The Handicap Chairperson, of each HAGC Club, must provide the hosting club with updated, verified handicap
roster for each player participating in the Tournament. It is paramount that the roster is accurate. Established
handicap must be verified by an organized Club (USGA, NCGA, SCGA, & ETC,) or Affiliated Golf Course.
Chamorro Golf Club Northern California (CGCNC) Handicap Chairperson will verify ALL Handicap Submissions.
Any player, without an established Handicap, will be Callaway, on the first day, and then placed in the respective
flight for day two.

HOLE-IN-ONE COMPETITION:
Bayonet Hole in one # 6 ($10.000)
Bayonet Hole in one # 17 (Set of TAYLOR MADE Rocket BLADEZ HL Irons 4-AW)
Blackhorse Hole in one # 5 (Set of TAYLOR MADE Rocket BLADEZ HL Irons 4-AW)
Blackhorse Hole in one # 15 (Set of ADAMS SPEEDLINE Woods and irons with bag)

Monitors will be provided at Bayonet Hole #6, Tee-Box & Green for $10,000 (Hole-in-One)

The hole-in-one prize is $10,000 for Hole #6. All players have the opportunity to shoot for the hole in one for
both rounds. Multiple hole-in-ones on the same hole and in the same round will share the $10,000 prize money.

All other Hole-in-one holes are first in wins. Taxes will be assessed prior to disbursement.

All players must Tee off at the designated Tee Boxes:
Men – white / Women – red / senior – white / Super Senior – TBD

- “NO REFUNDS” after May 15, 2017.
- The fee per player is $225.00 as approved by the HAGC Board of Directors.
- Minimum players is 160 and Maximum players is 180.
- Last date for all HAGC members to pay their HAGC Entry Fee of $225 is February 15th, 2017
- Non-HAGC Golfers Entry Application will be Open to the public is February 15th, 2017.
- HAGC / Non- HAGC Entry Application will be close on May 15TH, 2017.
- A “Waiting List” will be established for late entries.
- Late entry applicant(s) will be notified for confirmation, upon cancellation of a golfer(s), on a firstcome-first
basis, by the HAGC – CGCNC Tournament Director.
- Exceptions for refunds will in case of Family and/or Medical Emergency.

DRESS CODE:
1. This is a “Soft Spike Only” facility. No metal spikes allowed.
2. Appropriate golf attire will be worn at all times during the two-day tournament.
There will be no abbreviated shorts, tank tops, gym shorts, etc., allowed to be worn as outer
Garments on the golf course or in the club house.
3. The attire for the awards banquet ceremony should be appropriate and fitting for the occasion.
There will be no blue jeans, haltered tops, short shorts, etc., allowed at the ceremony. Island
Wear, polo-type shirts, short-sleeve shirt, long-sleeve shirt, etc., are preferred and recommended.

GOLF ETIQUETTE:
1. Any player whose entry fee is accepted shall be subject to the USGA/HAGC Rules of Play and the
Terms and conditions set forth by the hosting club and/or the Hafa Adai Golf Classic will be implemented.
2. Any act of un-sportsmanship conduct, including the use of obscene or abusive language, may be subject to
Dis-qualification by the hosting club, and approved by the Hafa Adai Golf Classic Board of Directors.
3. Any player who is found guilty of flagrant violation of tournament rules; including slow play,
Erroneous posting of scores, unethical conduct etc., may be subject to assessment of penalty
Stroke for the infraction or the disqualification at the advice and approval of the Hafa Adai Golf
Classic Board of Directors.
4. Players are requested to repair ball marks on the green.

SIDE ACTIONS BETS (Skins and Closest to the Pin (KP)
1. Side actions are for each day of the tournament and at each golf course. You have the option to
Include it with your entry fee otherwise it will be collected during the practice rounds on Monday
And Tuesday and at the check-in on Wednesday morning.
2. Cost for both skins and closest to the pin (KP) for two days is $80 per player. Players have the
Option to participate in only one side action.
3. Skins and Closest to the Pin will be separated by flight for each day and at each golf course.
4. There will be one winner per flight for the closest-to-the-pin (KP) for each Par 3, each day and at
Both golf courses. CGCNC STAFF will take measurements and fill in KP sheets
5. The payoff will be based on the monies received per flight and per day.

SENIOR (50 to 69) SUPER SENIORS (70+)
Entry Fee is $20.00 for both days and will be collected during registration. More info to follow.
