Special Announcement – Classic Update

Let it be known that subject to the receipt of their individual entry form applications and payment of all fees, the below listed clubs and all their active members, shall have first priority in participating and being placed on the “Active Player” list in the 2020 Hafa Adai Classic, at Las Vegas, Nevada, until January 13, 2020. Entry Form Applications and Payments must be post-marked NLT January 13, 2020 to preserve this priority privilege.

Chamorro Golf Club, Washington State
Todo Fino Golf Club, Southern California
Hazard Busters Islanders Golf Club, Sacramento, California
Guahan Las Vegas Golf Club, Las Vegas, Nevada
Para Golf Club, Northern, California
Chamorro Golf Club, Northern California

Let it also be known that subject to the receipt of payment in full for each attending guest of those same members and said payment is received or postmarked by January 13, 2020, each Hafa Adai affiliated club member will have an unlimited number of invitations to families and friends for dinner reservations at the Awards Banquet, on April 30th, 2020.

Finally, let it be known, that this priority privilege will expire on January 13, 2020. Entries received after that date (if not post-marked by that date) will be handled and treated without preference and on a “first come, first served” basis.

It is critically important for everyone to remember that only “payment” by check or money order will secure a “slot” for both the tournament and the dinner. An entry application received without payment will not be processed, included or considered. Every effort will be made to notify the sending potential attendee (assuming it is completely filled in) that their application was received without payment to afford them an opportunity to immediately send payment.

The hosting organization, the Guahan Las Vegas Golf Club, will create an active list of registrants and will make player assignments based on the “first come, first served” rule. After January 13, 2020, the rule of “one guest per player” for the awards banquet will be enforced, regardless of club membership status. Any additional “PAID” attendee spaces that are requested, will be placed on a standby list for the dinner. Every effort will be made to accommodate as many requests as possible. A refund will be made to the requesting individual if the hosting club is not able to fulfill the reservation request.
